Weekly Themes
- Week 1, 5/29 – Resilience. What’s the toughest part of your day? What is the best part? How do you move forward?
- Week 2, 6/12 – Fear. What was an experience during this time that frightened you? Was there a specific moment that brought you into the realization that this experience would be different than all others?
- Week 3, 7/10 – The Future. Once this is over, what memories do you think will stick with you? How will your life change?
- Week 4, 7/24 – Hope. Give us an example of something that has given you comfort and hope during this time.
Connecting for a Cause
100% of the funds raised through Quarantine Stories virtual events will benefit select WNY nonprofits and charities.
Each installment of Quarantine Stories will help raise funds on the behalf of a different WNY nonprofit or charity. During the event, a donate button will be placed prominently in the viewing window and audience members will be encouraged to make a donation to benefit the participating organization.

QUARANTINE STORIES is a collaborative project conceptualized and directed by Post-Industrial Productions of Buffalo, Inc. The Directors, Board Members, Hosts, and Actors involved in the QUARANTINE STORIES series are a voluntary association of individuals and groups who are developing this project. It is the policy of this collaboration to provide equal opportunities without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual preference, age, or disability.
Submitted stories will be reviewed by the Post-Industrial Productions Board, and not all submissions will be selected to be adapted in this project. Stories that feature accusations or allegations against named individuals or that center on experiences involving pending or active legal investigations shall not be accepted. Names and identifying details may be changed to protect the privacy of individuals. This is not to dissuade the submitter from seeking justice, but rather because this project is not the appropriate platform for such action – please reach out to the proper authorities for details on your rights and how to report sexual harassment, abuse, and assault.
By submitting your story, you are agreeing participate in a collaborative project, granting Adaptation Rights to the QUARANTINE STORIES and its assigns, licensees, and successors.
By submitting this form or uploading content, you agree that you hold the rights to the story as you have submitted it and you will retain those rights. You will release all rights to the adaptation produced by QUARANTINE STORIES. You grant QUARANTINE STORIES permission to edit, publish, revise, and share your submission in full or in part for publication online and offline, including performance adaptation. You agree that your name may be used in conjunction with your story, unless you’ve selected to remain Anonymous, and understand that submission is voluntary and you will not be compensated in any way. By agreeing to participate, you consent to give up all claim to personal benefit from commercial or other use of these stories.
You release QUARANTINE STORIES and its assigns, licensees, and successors from any claims that may arise regarding the use of my submitted story, including any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights, rights of publicity, or copyright.
QUARANTINE STORIES is permitted, although not obligated, to include your name as a credit in connection with the story. QUARANTINE STORIES is not obligated to utilize or adapt your story. QUARANTINE STORIES is not obligated to utilize any of the rights granted in this Agreement.
