Meet The Cast & Crew
Kelsey is an Actor, Stage Manager and Creative professional with a penchant for new work. She is originally from Buffalo, NY, Her Mission is to help bring new stories to life, especially the stories of female-identifying humans. It is her goal to be a part of the bigger picture. Whether it’s acting, writing, stage managing, child-wrangling, producing or directing, She wants to help build a platform for those who have been under-represented for so many years.
Jared is making his first appearance with Post-Industrial Productions after having stepped away from the stage back in 2015. A 2015 alumni of Niagara County Community College’s theatre program and a 2020 graduate of Buffalo State’s English Education program, he is currently working towards his dream of balancing a career as an ELA teacher and his passion for performance. He would like to thank everyone involved in this project for welcoming him with open arms.
Aqueira is a recent graduate of Buffalo State. She has accumulated over 11 awards for her acting work acquiring 9 leads in the process. Her notable roles include, Blanche Dubois, Ester Mills, Hedda Gabler, Mariah Reynold, and Marta from the Congo. She has been transitioning into film, which she writes and produces.
James Cichocki is a local actor, director, costume designer, and arts administrator known to audiences for his roles at the Alleyway Theatre in A CHRISTMAS CAROL, KILLER RACK, GIRLS WHO WALKED ON GLASS and others, as well as TALLEY’S FOLLY (Red Thread Theatre), MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING (Shakespeare in Delaware Park), and BRIGHT COLORS AND BOLD PATTERNS (BUA), for which he won the 2019 Broadway World Regional Award for Best Actor in a Play and is also a current Artie Award nominee. Regional acting credits include MOONCHILDREN (Sanford Meisner Theatre, NYC) and PANTO GOLDILOCKS (Stages Repertory Theater, Houston). Mr. Cichocki holds an MLA in Art History from the University of St. Thomas, Houston, with a primary focus on the religious art of the Renaissance and Baroque periods. He is currently the Executive Director for the Elmwood Village Association and proud papa to a twelve year old black lab rescue named Isabel.
Winifred graduated with an MFA in Fiction Writing from FAU. Her work has been featured at MusicalFare, Buffalo Science Museum, Burchfield Penny, Buffalo Writers’ Theater, Alleyway Theater, and Post-Industrial Productions. She is a member of the Queen City Playwrights and participated in the Emanuel Fried New Play Workshop. Winifred thanks Bob Van Valin for his dedication to this project, the PIP board members for taking a chance on a two-sentence synopsis, and the cast whose brilliance radiates from every screen. Heartfelt thanks to her family Carolyn, Brent, and niece Winnie for the laughter and inspiration and to the ever-talented playwright and fiancé Jon Elston for the midnight edits and constant cups of tea.
